We are looking for an Agile Project Manager (m/f/d) to support our teams. As a central contact person, you will support our interdisciplinary teams in their processes across locations and teams and provide the right impetus at the crucial points.

Your tasks
-You are the central contact for procedural project topics for our interdisciplinary teams in Lithuania and Austria.
-You give the right support to our teams in their ongoing projects to define the right goals
-You will support our teams in complying with processes during the course of the project
-You ensure that the project goals are achieved
-You ensure resource planning
-You recognize (procedural) conflicts in ongoing projects and counteract them effectively in good time
-You conduct team retrospectives and coaching sessions with our creative teams
-You control appointments, prepare them before and after to ensure optimal results
what you bring
Ideally, you already have some professional experience in digital agencies
-You already have some experience in agile project management and/or coaching interdisciplinary teams
-You are familiar with the common methods of agile project management
-Your rhetorical skills are excellent
-You have an affinity for technology and attach great importance to design
-You work in a very structured way, are analytical and empathetic
-You speak fluent English
